2. Hosting

This website is self-hosted on our own or contracted servers. No third-party hosting services with independent tracking or profiling are used. When you visit the website, the web server automatically stores access data (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, bytes transferred, HTTP status code) in server logs. This data is used solely for operational security and is deleted after at most 14 days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure website operation).

3. Contact Form

When you use the contact form on this website, the data you submit (name, email address, message) is used solely to process your enquiry. The data is transmitted by email (SMTP) to the controller. No data is stored in a database or passed on to third parties. Your data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to contact enquiries).

4. Newsletter

The newsletter is sent via a self-hosted Listmonk instance. When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter. Subscription uses a double opt-in procedure: after entering your email address you will receive a confirmation email and must actively confirm your subscription. Without this confirmation, no newsletter will be sent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by sending an informal email to info@andersit.eu. Upon withdrawal your email address will be deleted promptly. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

6. Fonts

All fonts used on this website are self-hosted. No connections are made to Google Fonts or any other external font CDN. No font data is transmitted to third parties when the page loads.
